The Yambol Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kirklareli Trade Exchange signed a partnership agreement

On May 20, representatives of the management board of the Yambol Chamber of Commerce and Industry visited the Kirklareli Trade Exchange, Turkey. The meeting was held at the invitation of the chairman of the Kirklareli Stock Exchange, Mr. Altintel. The agreement will allow strengthening economic ties and promoting cooperation between the two organizations, as well as identifying suitable programs for potential work on European projects.

The official meeting was attended by the chairman of the Yambol Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Stoycho Stoychev, the chairman of the Euroclub Women-Association of Business Women from the city of Yambol, Mrs. Tatiana Balkchieva and the Chairman of the Association of Business Women from Kirklareliq, Mrs. Altintel.

The two countries expressed their willingness to work together to develop trade and investment opportunities in the cross-border region. Special attention was paid to the support and stimulation of women's entrepreneurship and business initiatives.

The agreement covers a number of planned initiatives, including the exchange of information and good practices, the organization of joint business forums, seminars and exhibitions, as well as support for local enterprises in entering new markets. Special attention will be given to small and medium-sized enterprises from the agricultural sector, which will be able to take advantage of new opportunities for growth and expansion of their activities.

The first business initiative is planned for the beginning of autumn. A delegation from Kirklareli, Turkey will visit the Yambol region to gain experience and good practices from farms in the region that are successfully implementing sustainable farming practices.
