Prolongation of the term for submitting applications for the concession of Sofia Airport
On 25 March 2019, by Decision Number PK-3/25.03.2019, the Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications, approved a notice of amendment Number 2018/S 127-290417, published in the Official European Union’s Journal on 5 July 2018. Amendments on the concession’s documentation are approved by the same Decision.
The notice foresees prolongation of the term for the submission of applications and tenders to 11 April 2019, 02:30 pm Bulgarian time zone. The applications will be open on April 11, 2019 at 03:30 pm, Bulgarian time zone .
The notice of amendment was sent for publication in the Official European Union’s Journal on 25 March 2019.
The changed term for submission of applications and tenders is related to amendments to the Concession Documentation. Among the main amendments is the inclusion of the Declaration of origin of the funds under Art. 66, para. 2 of the Act on Measures Against Money Laundering. The Regulations for the Implementation of the Act on Measures Against Money Laundering, was published in the State Gazette, issue no. 3 of 2019.
