Bulgarian businesses storming the MONEY SHOW 2024 in Thessaloniki





Bulgaria was well presented at the 32nd MONEY SHOW that took place with 131 events framing this year's program, from February 9-11 in Thessaloniki. The MONEY SHOW is organized by the Hellenic-Italian Chamber of Thessaloniki and Organotecnica, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Thessaloniki, under the auspices of the Ministry of the Interior (Macedonia-Thrace Sector), the Region of Central Macedonia, the Regional Union of Municipalities of Central Macedonia and of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.

In the context of MONEY SHOW 2024 the Bulgarian-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BHCCI), in collaboration with local partners organized a special event focused on the economic bilateral cooperation between Bulgaria and Greece in the fields of trade, industry, technology and regional cooperation. Among the official guests and speakers were Mr. Christos Sarantopoulos, Second Vice-President of the Thessaloniki Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Vice-President of the Hellenic-Italian Chamber of Thessaloniki, Mr. Anton Markov, Consul General of the Republic of Bulgaria in Thessaloniki, Mr. Savvas Karafyllidis, president of BHCCI, Mr. Vladimir Tomov, Chairman of the Investment Board of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Kristiyan Mihaylov, Vice-President of the Professional Association of Robotics, Automation and Innovation (PaRAi), Mr. Solomon Moskona, Development Manager of the Sliven Industrial Park, Mr. Stoyan Markov, Deputy Mayor of Economic Development Sliven and Mr. Dimitrios Michas, Head of the Office of Economic And Commercial Affairs of the Embassy of Greece in Sofia.

Vladimir Tomov and Andreas Beikos, members of the BCCI Investment Council, gave a presentation on the financing opportunities provided by the members of the Investment Council to more than 140 participants at the event.

Along the event there was a meeting between Ms. Anna Mani-Papadimitriou, Deputy Minister of Development, Mr. Savvas Karafyllidis, President of BHCCI, Mr. Dimitrios Michas and Mr. Vladimir Inkov, Councillor for Economic and Commercial Affairs at the General Consulate of Bulgaria in Thessaloniki, for the prospects of further development of the excellent Greek-Bulgarian economic and commercial relations.

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry will continue to inform about joint initiatives with partners from Greece and the Council on Investments at the BCCI.
