Today, 22 November, Friday at 6 p.m., Vasil Petrov and Pancho Malezanov are opening a Joint Exhibition in the Lobby of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. They unite talent, energy and friendship for their Joint Exhibition called CONTRASTS.
The jazz singer Vasil Petrov is an artist by vocation. Painting is a natural continuation of his pathway as an artist. He opened his first graphic exhibition during The Night of Galleries and Museums in the Old Town of Plovdiv.
Pancho Malezanov is his friend and inspirer. He is an artist whose style is hardly possible to fit into any of the clichés that we know.
"If I were Frank Sinatra, I would sing the song My Colour because I am travelling across colours and I am meeting fiery tigers, I am roaming through blue-pink-orange forests and I see fairy-tale towns and cars in a good mood. My song, into which my palette is turning, is telling the story that life has to be smiley, motley and positive. The brush is gliding more exquisitely while I am listening to the music of my colleagues...," Pancho Malezanov says.
The CONTRASTS Joint Exhibition can be seen in the BCCI Lobby until 23 December 2024.
