Pasquale Lacasella, President of the Bulgarian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) and discussed with the President, Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, the plans for developing the bilateral trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and Italy. These relations show resilience and potential, offering numerous opportunities in the face of global challenges.
The meeting was part of the long-standing partnership between the two organizations.
Mr. Simeonov shared up-to-date information on BCCI’s activities, services, and the trade documents issued by the Chamber.
Pasquale Lacasella outlined his current projects in Bulgaria and shared plans for future developments. He noted that the joint Chamber now also has an office in Milan, highlighting the fact that over the past year, work in the Chamber has been particularly intensive.
Various projects and initiatives by members of the Bulgarian-Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry were discussed, including the potential to leverage Italy’s expertise in the field of digitalization, particularly in education, where diplomas and certificates are issued electronically and recognized globally.
During the meeting, opportunities for deeper collaboration between the two organizations were discussed, with Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov highlighting on BCCI’s commitment to support businesses from both Bulgaria and Italy.
