BCCI Expands Its Contacts with the Chinese Province of Yunnan




BCCI hosted a meeting with a delegation from the Chinese Council for Promoting International Trade - Yunnan Province. Tsvetan Simeonov, President of BCCI, met with the participants from China and shared that BCCI's relations with partners from the Asian country are extremely intensive and fruitful. He noted that, over the years, BCCI has been cooperating with more and more organisations from China and this is supported by the excellent partnership with the Chinese Embassy in Sofia and with its Commercial Section in particular. Simeonov informed the delegates that BCCI can provide assistance throughout the whole process of establishing a company, finding suitable partners, sources of financing, resolution of disputes between the partners, etc.

Liu Qilin, Chairman of the China Council for Promoting International Trade - Yunnan Province, thanked for the meeting and pointed out that BCCI occupies an important place in the business relations between Bulgaria and China. He presented basic data on the leading sectors in the south-west Chinese province, focusing on agriculture.

During the meeting, the companies in the delegation were presented, too – they included producers of green and black bio tea, peppers, garlic, flower jam, vegetables, dried meat products, tobacco and tobacco products, etc.

With the assistance of the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Sofia, BCCI is launching initiatives for increasing the practical bilateral cooperation.
