Trade and Economic Relationships between Bulgaria and the States of Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan were Discussed in a Meeting at BCCI

Dimitar Bratanov, Chairman of the Bulgarian-Azerbaijani Chamber of Commerce and Industry, visited BCCI and talked with the Chamber President Tsvetan Simeonov. They discussed topics connected with the trade and economic relationships between Bulgaria, Azerbaijan and Kyrgyzstan.

Mr Bratanov gave information about the newly established Bulgarian-Kyrgyz Chamber of Industry and Commerce, of which he is a Chairman. Up-to-date information was provided about the positive economic development of Azerbaijan. A Bulgarian investment in the field of processing harmful industrial waste and oil products starts being realised in the country.    

Mr Bratanov also informed that the arrival of a new Kyrgyzstan Ambassador in Sofia is forthcoming next month.

On his part, Mr Simeonov expressed BCCI's full support, when implementing collaborative initiatives with the two Joint Chambers, towards making the trade and economic relationships between Bulgaria and the two Central Asian countries more active. The main activities in this direction will be the organisation of business delegations and bilateral business forums.
