The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry has been recognized as a nationally representative employers’ organization with a new 4-year mandate

The Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry is pleased to announce that by Decision of the Council of Ministers No. 36 of January 29, 2025, published in Issue No. 9 of the State Gazette on January 31, 2025, it has been again recognized as a nationally representative employers’ organization at the national level for a 4-year term. BCCI has met all the regulatory requirements established in the “Labor Code” and “the Regulation for determining the procedure for establishing the presence of representativeness criteria”.

For BCCI, this is not just recognition but also an obligation to continue working in the future to support and protect the interests of the Bulgarian business.
