The Investment Council at BCCI and the Bulgarian-Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Signed a Cooperation Agreement

The Investment Council within the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) has signed a cooperation agreement with the Bulgarian-Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BMCCI), establishing a framework for future collaboration. The partnership between the two organizations has developed gradually since the establishment of the joint chamber earlier this year. The primary objective of the document is to lay the foundations for mutually beneficial cooperation and joint activities in support of business and entrepreneurship in the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Moldova.

The agreement outlines plans for both organizations to exchange information, experience, ideas, and investment projects, while also developing and promoting projects for funding to investors, funds, banks, and other financial institutions, both domestically and internationally.

This partnership will prioritize on joint participation in European projects and programs active in Bulgaria and Moldova, as well as the coordination of business events.

Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov, President of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, attended the signing of the agreement and noted that it comes at a significant moment for Moldova—just days after the referendum supporting the country’s pro-European future.

The agreement was signed by Vladimir Tomov, President of the Investment Council, and Valeri Delibaltov, President of the Bulgarian-Moldovan Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
