The newly appointed head of the Economic Section of the German Embassy visited BCCI


The newly appointed head of the Economic Section of the Embassy of Germany in Sofia Mr. Thomas Pfanne met with BCCI’s President Tsvetan Simeonov.

Mr. Simeonov informed the guest about the bilateral economic relations between the two countries, noting that in recent years all business delegations from Germany to Bulgaria have had great impact on the Bulgarian economy. BCCI highly appreciates the project of the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce/DIHK/ for the countries of the Western Balkans.

At present BCCI has a cooperation agreement on partnership project DIHK - CEFTA for the period 1st May 2010 to 30th April 2013, the Chamber participates as a non-beneficiary partner.

Mr. Pfanne, in his turn, said that he was impressed by the success of the latest meeting of the Euroclub with BCCI and the topics discussed.
