Meeting with the coordinator of the Federation of Indian Industries for Bulgaria and neighboring countries

Neeraj Kumar, coordinator for Bulgaria and neighboring countries of the Federation of Indian Industries /FII/, visited the BCCI and talked with the President Tsvetan Simeonov. Dimitar Delchev, partner at the law firm Eurolex, also participated in the meeting.

 

There is a significant increase in the interest of Bulgarian companies in doing business with Indian companies and hiring Indian workers and employees. More and more companies in Bulgaria want to hire personnel from India in order to overcome the limitations of the Bulgarian labor market and be able to expand their activities in the country and abroad, the guests shared.

 

President of the BCCI Mr. Tzvetan Simeonov reminder that the Chamber continues to work on the issue during its regular meetings with various representatives of state institutions responsible for the diplomatic missions and consular services of Bulgaria in different regions of the world.

According to Bulgarian Natonal Bank (BNB) data, the total foreign direct investments from India in Bulgaria as of July 1, 2023 amounted to 200.8 million euros.
