SOL Bulgaria EAD invests BGN 25,5 million in a plant for production of industrial gases
The Minister of Economy and Energy, Mr. Dragomir Stoynev, approved the class A certificate, to be issued to “SOL Bulgaria” JSC for their project “Plant for production of industrial gases”. The application procedure has been supported by InvestBulgaria agency.
The investment project includes the construction of a new, modern plant for air separation in the process of producing nitrogen gas, cryogenic liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon.
The plant will be built on the territory of “Agropolychim” JSC, producer of fertilizers and acids in Devnia’s Industrial zone. The facility will be built on a land with cession right of construction.
According to the submitted investment project, the total amount of new tangible assets will reach BGN 25,5 mln. The investment will be financed by the parent company SOL spa (Monza, Italy) with own funds. The new plant is expected to create 10 new workplaces.
The sole owner of “SOL Bulgaria” JSC is the Italian company “SOL spa” (Monza, Italy). SOL Group is a leading European producer of technical and medical gases and technologies and facilities for their application. The group owns 55 companies in 22 European countries and India, with 2500 employees and has more than EUR 580 mln. revenues for 2012.
