Certificate for priority investor to "A.Z.K. Properties" Ltd.

"We will continue to support investors that create added value and new jobs", said Bojidar Loukarsky, Minister of Economy, at an official ceremony of handing certificate for priority investment project, issued under the Investment Promotion Act, for the project "Plana Heights" to  "A.Z.K. Properties" Ltd.

The project envisages the creation of a village, near Plana, between Sofia and Samokov, village Alino,  and the amount of certified investment is BGN 53 650 million. Minister Loukarsky pointed out the importance of the project, which will lead to creating over 100 new jobs, the total number of workers who are expected to be involved in the project during construction will be about 500.

Mr. Avionoam Katrieli, manager of "A.Z.K. Properties" Ltd. thanked the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Economy and InvestBulgaria Agency for their assistance. He said that this project had been his dream for 10 years and he was very happy that he could accomplish it. The project will go through three stages, the first of which will be launched this year.

According to the decision of the Council of Ministers an interdepartmental working group will be established to provide institutional support for the implementation of priority investment project "Plana Heights".
