International conference „Legal Aspects of the Digitalization of the Activity of Permanent Arbitral Institutions and of the Arbitration Proceedings“


BCCI and Arbitration court at BCCI organized a conference on the topic: "Legal Aspects of the Digitalization of the Activity of Permanent Arbitral Institutions and of the Arbitration Proceedings" which will be held on 15 November 2024 in Hall A, floor 1 of the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 9 Iskar Str., Sofia.

The present conference is an occasion for a meeting of lawyers, jurists and representatives of various public spheres, and we hope that it will create and provoke interesting discussions to resolve issues related to the execution of procedural actions by electronic means, the use of artificial intelligence in arbitration proceedings, as well as  the advantages that these modern forms of litigation and information exchange provide to participants in the arbitration process.

Topics of the conference and presenters are:

4. Tatyana Slipachuk, member of the Presidium of the International Commercial Arbitration court at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine, topic „Artificial intelligence generated expert evidence: admissibility and challenges“.

5. Zhulieta Mandazhieva, lawyer, topic “Use of artificial intelligence in preparation of expert opinions and making of an award”.
