Over 20 dynamic SMEs participate in a seminar organised by London Stock Exchange Group’s programme


High level representatives of more than 20 most dynamic Bulgarian companies joined the first of its kind seminar organised in Bulgaria by London Stock Exchange Group’s (LSEG) business support and capital raising programme for high growth companies, ELITE. During the event firms received valuable insights on how they can benefit from capital markets opportunities, as well as on how digital tools can foster future growth.
 
Companies participating represent different sectors of the Bulgarian economy, including: Avtomotor Corporation/Citroen, Bulpros, Filkab, Galaxy Investment Group, Prestige-96, Scale Focus,
Si Commersial7, Via Stone and etc. (we will need approval from the representatives of the companies to mention them)
 
The seminar was implemented in partnership with the Bulgarian Stock Exchange and UniCredit Bulbank. It focused on building expertise and administrative skills for capital raising.
 
The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov took part in the seminar.

Seminar’s key topics included: preparation for capital raising, pre-contractual arrangements, companies’ core principles and structure, best practice for corporate governance, as well as the interactive digital self-assessment session
"ELITE Growth Compass" intended to evaluate company readiness in the field. Seminar lectures  featured experts from LSEG, UniCredit, BSE, and public companies.
