The Arbitration Court at BCCI is back to its normal working mode
The Arbitration Court at BCCI has restored the normal regime of arbitration proceedings. All anti-epidemic measures adopted by orders of the Minister of Health shall be applied during the holding of the open arbitration hearings.
Only the participants in the specific proceedings shall be present at the meetings. Cases shall be scheduled on a longer interval between them, at the discretion of the arbitration panels, taking into account the need for the halls to be ventilated and disinfected.
It is recommended that documents on the cases are sent by post and courier services, as well as to the e-mail address of the Arbitration Court: acourt@bcci.bg
