Meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Switzerland

H.E. Mrs. Muriel Berset Kohen, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Swiss Confederation in Sofia, visited BCCI and discussed the opportunities for development of the bilateral commercial and economic relations with the President of the Chamber Tsvetan Simeonov.

President Simeonov introduced Ambassador Kohen to the Chamber’s partner relations with business associations from Switzerland. He presented the activity of BCCI and informed the Ambassador about the work of the Arbitration Court at the Chamber, the digitized Unified Trade Register of BCCI, and the activity of GS1 Bulgaria. The progress of the Bulgarian – Swiss project for dual education DOMINO (Dual Education for the Modern Needs and Requirements of the Society) was also discussed.

Ambassador Kohen said that one of the priorities during her term of office would be to strengthen the trade and economic relations between the two countries by assisting and supporting the bilateral business contacts.
