A lively meeting with Italian partners was held on November 8 at BCCI. The President of the Chamber, Tsvetan Simeonov, welcomed the delegation led by the head of the Office for Trade and Economic Affairs in Milan, Anna Koleva, and said that Italy is a traditional partner for BCCI.
The Italian investors are one of the most respected in Bulgaria, Simeonov continued. The contacts with them are intensive also due to the traditional support of the embassies and trade authorities of both countries. BCCI has also partnership relations with the Italian Institute of Foreign Trade and Confindustria. Simeonov stressed that the Chamber can provide rich in content, up-to-date and reliable information about Bulgarian partners - companies from all branches.
The Italian companies can receive assistance from BCCI for various consultations when doing business in Bulgaria, as well as information on different occasions about changes in the Bulgarian legislation.
Anna Koleva representing the Commercial and Economic Office in Milan stressed that she appreciated the cooperation with the Chamber in the common mission to find suitable business partners on both sides and to achieve successful deals and cooperation.
The Italian companies presented their activity and interests in Bulgaria. The meeting was attended by representatives of companies, members of the Chambers and BCCI’s Management Board, from the following branches: information technology and cybersecurity, investments, innovations, trade, consulting services, etc.
Numerous bilateral talks were held.
