The economic cooperation with Turkey is activated
Fikret Ince, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of "Alkomet" Inc. and Chairman of the Northeastern Bulgarian-Turkish Chamber of Commerce, visited BCCI and met with the President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov. The meeting was attended also by M. Emrah Sazak, Chief Commercial Counselor at the Embassy of the Republic of Turkey in Sofia, and Oktay Shaban, Commercial Counselor at the Embassy.
Fikret Indje presented the new members of the Turkish-Bulgarian Economic Council at the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Turkey (DEIK). He emphasized that the Board includes representatives of major Turkish companies of the leading sectors: telecommunications, metallurgy, building materials, pharmaceuticals, printing industry, banking sector, etc.
Mr. Tsvetan Simeonov acquainted the guests with the latest developments in the activities of BCCI and its role as coordinator of nationally represented employers' organizations in 2016.
During the meeting, the forthcoming visit to Sofia of representatives of the Turkish-Bulgarian Economic Council was discussed, as well as a meeting with BCCI and Bulgarian companies.
