BCCI will conduct trainings to increase the digital skills needed to organize online internships

In the period May 15-17 of this year, BCCi representatives participated in the third working meeting of the partners of the APPRENTLINE project (Capacity Building in the Οrganisation of Οnline Apprenticeships), which was held in the city of Seville, Spain.

The main goal of the project is to improve the capacity for remote internships of the three target groups – SMEs, professional training centers and intermediary organizations. The project is implemented within the Erasmus+ Program, with the participation of 5 partner organizations from 4 countries - Bulgaria, Greece, Spain and Latvia.

During the meeting, the partners held in-depth discussions, working in groups and debating practical cases related to various aspects of the process of organizing online internships, as a preparation for the upcoming trainings to increase the capacity of the three target groups.

By the end of this year, it is planned to hold trainings at the national level in each of the project partner countries, as well as an edition at the European level, which will be online in English.

Participants in the trainings will have the opportunity to improve their skills in using various digital tools and learn innovative methods and techniques for monitoring and evaluation, incl. preparing a strategy and action plan for organizing remote internships.

Among the other topics that will be the focus of the trainings are: the benefits of online internships, the sectors that are most suitable for their application, presentation of manuals and templates that can be used in the process of organizing online internships, etc. .

The training will last 30 hours and will include a combination of lectures and individual classes through an electronic platform specially developed within the project. Participation in the trainings will be free of charge, and certificates will be issued to the successfully completed participants.

All developed educational materials will be translated into Bulgarian and published for free use on the BCCI website - https://www.bcci.bg/

Various informational events will be held within the project, incl. and a final online conference, which will provide an opportunity to exchange experiences and "good practices" between representatives of various stakeholders involved in the organization of remote internships.

BCCI will promptly inform its members and partners about the upcoming trainings and information events. You can get more information about the project from the European Integration and European Projects Directorate at tel. 02 8117 553.
