BCCI prepares a training for intermediary organizations working with third-country nationals
An online working meeting of the IMMIJOBS project partners (Building the Capacity of Intermediary Organizations to Support the Employment of Third Country Nationals) was held at BCCI.
The main focus of the meeting was the preparation of the upcoming training for intermediary organizations, which is scheduled to take place in the period 15 February – 5 March 2021. Due to the emergency epidemic situation, the training will be held entirely online.
The training will be held in two formats - international and national, with a total duration of 30 hours. Representatives of ten intermediary organizations from Bulgaria will have the opportunity to participate in the training.
The topics that will be covered during the training are: basic rights and obligations of third-country nationals in the labor market, services and tools for their full integration, the types of support received for their employment, measures to promote non-discrimination in the workplace, etc.
The international part of the training will take place in 3 sessions, where each partner will present a module developed by them. The working language of the international meetings, in which all partners and the intermediary organizations invited by them will participate, is English.
In addition to lectures, the training will include interactive elements, such as discussions, group work and exercises.
