The President of BCCI visited China Council for the Promotion of International Trade in Hangzhou

 

The President of BCCI Tsvetan Simeonov visited China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) in Hangzhou and had a meeting with the Vice President of the Council Mr. He Xianrong. Tsvetan Simeonov visited China last week to participate in the General Assembly of the GS1 global organization.

At CCPIT, Mr. Simeonov presented the activity of the Chamber and the services it provides in support of business. He provided information materials on the Bulgarian economy and the country’s position in international classifications and rankings, as well as the brochure “TOP 100 Companies Leading in the Bulgarian Economy”.

Mr. He Xianrong gave an overview of the economy of Hangzhou, which is the capital and most populous city of Zhejiang Province in east China.

During the meeting opportunities for cooperation between BCCI and CCPIT Hangzhou Committee, and the bilateral trade and economic relations between Bulgaria and China were discussed. On 6-7 July 2018 a meeting between China and the CEE countries (format “16+1”) is scheduled to take place in Sofia.
